Mr. Dave Lowry, SMAA Senior Advisor, has a great new book out called Traditions: Essays on the Japanese Martial Arts and Ways (Charles E. Tuttle Co.). It's a paperback book with 174 pages of interesting and hard to find information about traditional budo and koryu bujutsu that anyone interested in budo could benefit from reading. This is Mr. Lowry's eighth book, and like his preceding volumes, it is well written and filled with essays and anecdotes that both seasoned budoka and new students alike will find useful.
